The “HITMAN” All day fuel smoothie recipe

Ingredients

You will need:

  • 1 medium Banana
  • 2 tbsp fine rolled oats
  • 50g strawberries
  • 50g blueberries
  • 1 scoop (33g) Smooth Health Fruitilicious protein powder
  • 250ml water

Nutrition:

  • KCAL – 273
  • Fat – 2.7g
  • Of which Saturates – 0.2g
  • Carbohydrates – 45.4g
  • Of which sugars – 23.9g
  • Fibre – 6.4g
  • Protein – 22.8g

Instructions:

  • Combine water & Smooth Health Fruitilicious powder into a shaker and shake well until thoroughly mixed.
  • All all other ingredients into a blender add the mixed Smooth Health smoothie and blend well until desired smoothness is achieved.
  • Serve & Enjoy!

This smoothie also provides plenty of B & C vitamins and the strawberries work well with the carbohydrates to regulate blood sugars.

The blueberries in this smoothie help reduce muscle damage and reduce the risk of DOMS (Delayed onset muscle soreness) ultimately allowing increased muscle performance and training intensity.

Chocolicious Breakfast

Ingredients

You will need:

  • Your choice of milk
  • One serving of Chocolicious protein powder
  • Breakfast oats/porridge
  • A handful of blueberries

If you really want to mix things up a bit, try having a protein smoothie breakfast porridge. Mix your protein smoothie with a milk of choice, then pour over a bowl of super fine breakfast oats and mix well. To finish off add a few blueberries to the porridge and enjoy.

Chocolicious Milks

Ingredients

You will need:

  • 250ml of your choice of milk.
  • One serving of Chocolicious protein powder

Like our Fruitilicious smoothie, the Chocolicious is designed to work with water but will also work perfect with a variety of milks. Again for the non-vegan drinkers, this smoothie works great with any dairy milk. Our favourite non-dairy milk for the Chocolicious smoothie is coconut milk. Other milks that work well include soy, almond, cashew or macadamia milks.

Fruitilicious Milks

Ingredients

You will need:

  • 250ml of your choice of milk.
  • One serving of Fruitilicious protein powder

Our products are designed to be used with water, but they also taste amazing with a variety of milks. For our non-vegan customers try this with your choice of dairy based milk for a super sweet, super fruity protein kick. Our favourite non-dairy milk to use with Fruitilicious is oat milk. It’s smooth, creamy, naturally sweet and super healthy. Other milks that work well with this include soy, pea or rice milk.

Thicker Fruitilicious

Ingredients

You will need:

  • 1 banana
  • 250ml cold water
  • One serving of Fruitilicious protein powder

If you’re looking for a slightly thicker consistency then you could try our Fruitilicious powder with some fresh or home frozen banana. Add 1 banana, 250ml cold water and a scoop of Fruitilicious powder into a blender and blend thoroughly.
