You will need:
- Your choice of milk
- One serving of Chocolicious protein powder
- Breakfast oats/porridge
- A handful of blueberries
If you really want to mix things up a bit, try having a protein smoothie breakfast porridge. Mix your protein smoothie with a milk of choice, then pour over a bowl of super fine breakfast oats and mix well. To finish off add a few blueberries to the porridge and enjoy.
